Associates Environmental Inc. is a national consulting engineering
firm providing common sense solutions to challenging environmental
problems. We are
seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to support the company’s
semi monthly payroll requirements in our busy head office in
Calgary.
Reporting
to the Controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for
all aspects of a multi-provincial payroll system and other related
administrative functions. The
successful candidate should have 3 or more years experience working
in a computerized payroll environment (ADP experience preferred),
completion of the CPA’s Payroll Compliance Practitioner
Certificate, strong computer skills, knowledge of government
legislation and the ability to manage confidential information with
a high degree of diplomacy.
