Run for Life 2005

On June 18, 2005, O'Connor Associates proudly presented the Run For Life 2005.

Thanks to everyone (donors, guests and volunteers) who participated in and contributed to making the Mary O'Connor Run for Life 2005 event a success, despite, barring a June blizzard, the worst weather possible! A big thank you to Mike O'Connor for opening up his house to everyone and keeping us all dry and warm.

The run went ahead with a few hardy souls who braved the deluge and ran, some in galoshes, the distance. The silent auction was well attended with most of the art work finding good homes (along with a few of Mike's barn kittens!). The raffle was won by the Bodnarchuk family. The food was great, the conversation merry and the day entertaining. The event raised over $15,000 for the Mary O'Connor Foundation for Calgary Health Initiatives.
